We build your RSVP pages, email invitations, and confirmations to spec using designs provided by you or your agency. Every send is tested for deliverability so your invitations land in inboxes, not spam folders.

4. Guest Communications

Confirmations, reminders, and updates sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Copy is provided by you or your agency — we handle the setup, scheduling, and delivery.

5. RSVP Management

We track acceptances, declines, and changes on your behalf — so you always have an accurate headcount without the admin. Daily reporting keeps you updated at every stage, and where responses are outstanding, we conduct targeted call-downs to chase confirmations and capture last-minute changes. This is an optional, separately costed service — if you'd prefer to manage responses yourself, the system is fully accessible for you to run your own backend.

6. Virtual Events

Fully managed online events hosted on EventCast, our own streaming platform. We provide HLS stream details to your preferred AV company and monitor the stream throughout — including supporting any guests who have trouble logging in.

7. Onsite Registration

Self-service kiosks and badge printing on the day — PVC, paper etc. — with real-time attendance tracking and dedicated onsite technicians to keep everything running. We supply and set up all hardware. For simpler setups, registration furniture can be provided by the client or sourced from the venue.

8. Post-event Reporting

Attendance rates, response summaries, and delegate data available directly in your backend or exported to Excel after every event.

Rather than selling software, we deliver the complete package: setup, configuration, hosting, and dedicated support — all included in a per-event quote. Pricing is scoped to your event's guest volume, required modules, and email capacity.

A standard RSVP build typically goes live within 4–5 working days, once we have all required assets: guest list, copy, and imagery. More complex configurations are scoped individually — we provide a timeline after reviewing your brief. As with any project, delivery depends on receiving assets on time and sign-off within agreed review windows.

Absolutely — and it's what we do best. Every RSVP page is built to your exact brand specifications: your fonts, your colour palette, your imagery. The result is an experience that feels like a natural extension of your corporate website or event theme, not a third-party tool.

Guests can log a change request directly through our backend ticketing system. From there, the event coordinator — or the dedicated agent managing the event, if that optional service is in place — will process all amendments on the backend. Direct self-service edits are not available once a response has been submitted.
